The less than stimulating involvement of historically disadvantaged individuals in South Africa in General and the Eastern Cape Province in particular has made it in evitable for us to penetrate the market in a professional manner. This industry is the fastest growing and bulky employing sector of our economy and we intends to capitalize on success of this business sector by taking advantage of the over-growing needs & demands for gardening services, fencing, building, electrification and painting in all sectors of our society. We plan to contribute further to poverty alleviation and Municipalities and Ward Communities particularly because these institutions are the ones dealing with the implementation of Integrated Development Plan (IDP).

We support the facilitation of workshop like skills development, health and safety conditions within the work place are amongst the priorities of the organization as stipulated and regulated in the Occupational and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993.
Mission
Empowering disadvantaged communities and shall commit itself in providing building skills, research development programs, community servicing and building services sensitive to the needs and South African trends in order that people at the grass roots level (rural areas) can be capacitated in all the skills necessary for the local development of the Eastern Cape Province. Core Business
Our principal business is Building of RDP houses, Electrical installations and infrastructure. This also includes retail and manufacturing services in all its aspects. Services and products will be provided to both public and private sector on demand. Tendering and marketing are some of the major contributing factors to the success of the business and every Friday the tender board is visited to keep us up to date with what is happening in government departments.

Our History
Our Most Efficient Year
Mokamoka Trading (Pty) Ltd was established as a result of a research persuade in the construction industry whose outcome was that there are less than few Black Private Developers involved in Social Economic Development in the Eastern Cape Province. Subsequently after the research it became inevitable for us the concerned to merge and establish ourselves. It is also as a result of the unemployed semi-skilled and skilled labour in the disadvantaged communities. Our main objective is to continue striving for the enlistment and betterment of our members and deliver the best product that can be achieved for the poor masses of our people.
The cornerstone of our aim is to build as many houses as possible within budget of acceptable standard and size. By so doing that we will assist the Provincial Government and municipalities to achieve their respective targets set up by the National Government.
The opportunity afforded by the Eastern Cape Provincial Government to work closely with us in the housing development is highly appreciated. This is another step forward in our fight for economic empowerment of Black Developers.
We truly believe that our contribution will cover the aspiration of the municipalities and that of the beneficiaries who have been patiently waited for their turn of getting their own houses.
